He is survived by: his wife Sandra Faye Wooten; his children, Ernest Lee Wooten, Jr. (Lavatia), Lashonda Wooten and Yolanda Blake (Brian); and his grandchildren, Brandon Arnold (Ashley), Kiana Blake, Justin Smith, Darius Womack, Ashlyne Wooten and Dejanah Wooten. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
