It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Allen Williams Sr. (Pine Bluff, Arkansas), who passed away on July 27, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Link Williams; his daughter Lakeisha Williams; his stepfather Willie Penister; his wife Rossilyn Siler-Williams; his stepson Earon Bernard Siler-Williams; his mother Helen Williams Penister; his sister Patricia Williams Bacon (Fred Bacon); his stepsisters, Francis Penister Wright, Margaret Penister and Carolyn Ann Penister; and his grandchildren, Fred III, Erica, Leonard, Laneisha, LaKeiya, Nijjay, Lakeisha, Fredranke and Angel. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
