He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ballard Raby of Pine Bluff; his children, David Raby (Tammy) of Weiner, Scotty Brooks of Star City, Brian Brooks (Teresa) of Cash and Starla Raby (Doug Barrows) of Newport; his siblings, James Raby (Debbie) of Pine Bluff, Ernest Raby of Harrisburg, Larry Raby of Texarkana, Doris White (Danny) of Harrisburg and Betty Elder (Edward) of Jonesboro; his granddaughter Lyndsey Williams; his great grandchild Jaydon Williams; and his cousins, Teresa and Wayne Hopper of Star City. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
