We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2019, at the age of 85, Hubert H. Barlow Jr. (Pine Bluff, Arkansas), born in Tillar, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Henry Barlow and Frances I. Barlow; and his sister Mary Barlow. He is survived by: his children, Jan Insinga, Debbie Harp, Hubert Henry "Tinker" Barlow, III (Karen), D'Anna Maxwell (Bruce), Elaine Smith (Willis), Laurie Williams (Pat) and Christina Peyton (Johnny); his grandchildren, Christopher Insinga, Carla Insinga, Hunter Harp, Murphy Maxwell and Michaele Watson; and his great grandchildren, Emma Holliday and Serenity Harp.
Memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or The Salvation Army.
