He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Levi Garland and Lola Mae Garland (Brim); his wife Rosetta Garland (Hampton) of Pine Bluff, AR; his children, Edward James Garland of Little Rock, AR, Barry Dewayne Garland of Little Rock, AR, Felton Anderson, Jr. of Long Beach, California, Deborah Green of Pine Bluff, AR and Sylvia J. Wilson of Oceanside, California; and his brother Joe Douglas Garland of Santa Maria, California. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
