He was predeceased by: his parents, Bitney Williams and Henrietta Wade (Smith). He is survived by: his children, James Williams, Jr. of Pine Bluff, AR, Gregory Williams of Sachse, Texas, Joretha Williams, Valerie A. Williams and Mary White of Cedar Hill, Texas. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
