He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Gene and Martha Green Golden; his children, Donald Golden (Rhonda), Jerry "J. J.", Carmen Abshire and Megan Golden; his siblings, Diana Hudson, Linda Byrd, Carolyn McCoy and David Golden; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Madison, Ryligh, Bryleigh and Aaliyah. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
