He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma Owens; and his siblings, Exie B. Williams, J. W. Owens, Fred Owens, Roosevelt Owens and Hezekit Owens.
He is survived by: his close friend Corene Smith of Prescott, AR; his daughter Larry0 Wilson of McAllen, TX; his siblings, Mattie Redmond of Milwaukee, WI, Eloise Perry of Milwaukee, WI and Arthur Owens (Cynthia) of Champagne, IL.; his siblings-in-law, Mae F. Owens of Arkadelphia, AR, Dessie Owens of Arkadelphia, AR, Rosie Owens of Arkadelphia, AR and Roy Williams (Blanchie) of Princeton, AR; and his close friend Luis Brumfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
