He was predeceased by: his parents, Amelia Santiago and Marcelino Santiago; and his daughter Christina Santiago. He is survived by: his wife Carol Santiago-Falcon; and his children, Oscar Lee, Marques Lee, Turiya Byers, Nelson Santiago, Rickie Santiago, Christopher Santiago, Jennifer Santiago and Shelia Cortez of Atlanta. He is also survived by Twenty-Eight Grandchildren and Five Great-Grandchildren; and a host of Brother-in-Laws, Sister-in-Laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
