He is survived by: his wife Patricia Coats Traywick; his children, John "Jay" Traywick, Jr., Mary Traywick, Tammy Traywick, Crystal Coats and Tabitha McCollum (Gary); his siblings, Douglas Traywick, Jerry Traywick and Loretta Thompson; his grandchildren, Brittany McCollum, Kelsey McCollum, Gary McCollum, III, Kimberly McCollum, Heather Traywick and Katelyn Blanchard; and his great grandchildren, Emma Kay McCollum and Maddison Wilson.
