He is survived by: his parents, Ray Waschalk (Tammy) of Malvern and Rhonda Epnett (Ray) of Pine Bluff; his siblings, Steven Waschalk (Heather), Chrissy Matthews (Jason), David Waschalk (Jessica), Hank Smith and Tabitha Epnett; his grandmother Lorraine Waschalk; and his nephews, Cody, Kaleb, Landon, Sawyer, Elliott and Tucker. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.
