He is survived by: his wife Judy Waggoner Ortman of Pine Bluff; his daughters, Ruth Ann Bainbridge of Paullina, IA, Robyn Karl of Scottsdale, AZ and Rhonda Hale of Sioux Falls, SD; and his siblings, Steven Ortman of Sioux Falls, SD and Sandra Woods of Yuma, AZ. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
