She is survived by: her husband Billy Kittler; her daughter Crystal Spellmann (Paul) of Conway; her grandchildren, Joshua Spellmann (Chloe) of Killeen, Sarah Elizabeth Spellmann of Little Rock and Gabrielle Ellen Spellmann of Diamond Head, Mississippi; her siblings, Carol Martindale of Memphis, Tennessee and Bill Polk (Beth) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her stepmother Eva Polk of Monticello; and her niece Renee. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and close friends.
