It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Steed (Pine Bluff, Arkansas), born in Jefferson, Arkansas, who passed away on October 21, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burley Gray and Laura Ragsdale Gray; her husband Howard D. Steed; and her siblings, George Gray, Leon Gray, Hollis Gray, Frances De La Vega, Lorella Garner, Genie Wayman, Zelma Marshall and Laura Nichols.
She is survived by: her children, Howard D. Steed, Jr. (Linda) of Hot Springs, Carolyn Earnest (JD) of Pine Bluff, Cathy Hightower (Jimmy) of Cedarville and Louise Triplett (Wayne) of Harmony, Florida; her sister Dot Noyes of Lake Village; and her stepsister Mildred Snell of Little Rock. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
