She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Owen and Mary Will Smith Owen; her husband Clyde Thomas Mayfield; and her siblings, Helen Ballew, Carrie Mae McClinton, Pebble Watts, Evelyn Katherine Johnston, Maxine Wooley, James Franklin Owen and Victor Leon Owen.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Drake (Mildred) of Sheridan, Tony Drake (Becky) of Pine Bluff, David Mayfield (Jan) of Pine Bluff, Elaine Elmore (Tommy) of Pine Bluff, Willene Adams (Jesse "Skeet") of Arkadelphia, Anita Taylor of Colorado Springs, CO, Beverly Davis of Sheridan, Phyllis Davis of Cicero and Cindy Corrie (Dan) of Charleston, IL; and her siblings, Herbert Owen, Joyce McFalls, Virginia Gillespie and Eula Faye Hestand. She is also survived by 43 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
