He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Williams and Lourine Rayford Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Reginald Williams (Sharanda) of Little Rock and Cedric Williams (Stacey) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.; and his sisters, Pearl Gibbs of Pine Bluff, AR, Louise Williams King of Pine Bluff, AR and Mildred Baker of Little Rock. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
