He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Willis and Helen Audrey Johnson Leveritt. He is survived by: his wife Gloria June Basinger Leveritt of Pine Bluff; his children, Michael Ray Leveritt, Jr. (Shirley) of Morrilton, Melinda Cupp (Danny) of Star City and Kristie Sheffield (Mike) of Haughton, LA; and his brothers, Ronnie Leveritt (Judy) of Smackover and Randy Leveritt (Tammy) of Smackover. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
