She was predeceased by: her parents, R. H. Hurst and Minnie Scoggin Hurst; her husband J. D. Bankston; and her siblings, Dr. Clyde Hurst and June Bankston.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Price (Bill) and Maria Grantham of Pine Bluff; her siblings, Rudy Hurst (Janelle) of Biloxi, MS and Myrtis Bankston of Laurel, MS; her grandchildren, Rob Price, Rachel Price Berryhill (Russ), Jamey Price (Michelle), Rebekah Price Finney (Matt), Spencer Grantham, Tyler Grantham (Misty), Phillip Grantham and Adam Grantham (Nikki); and her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Madelyn, Ashlyn Price, Jacob, Hannah Frueh, Stuart (Mekinsey), David, Catherine Berryhill, Victoria Price, Caleb, Caroline, Charlotte-Ruth Finney, Katherine, Ali and Atlas Grantham.
