He is survived by: his wife Ann Hefner Chambless; his children, Jalen Chambless Waltman of Colorado Springs, Joe Austin Chambless of Colorado Springs, Marcella Kendall of Pine Bluff and Matthew Willoughby of Plano, Texas; and his siblings, Fern Chambless and Patrick Chambless of Wagoner, Oklahoma. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
