He is survived by: his children, Tomekka Smith of Houston, Texas, Phillip Smith, Jr. of Little Rock, Arkansas, Manesia Smith of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Andre Turner of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and his siblings, Dauphine Holloway of Little Rock, Arkansas, Evelyn Mayweather (Guy) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Phyllis Nelson (Antonial) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Nadine Marshall of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Darrel Smith (Kelly) of Cypress, Texas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
