He is survived by: his wife Judy Maxwell Ratliff; his children, Crystal Gail Ratliff Lowery (David) of White Hall, Adam Ward Ratliff of Pine Bluff and Jimmie Gale Adams Ratliff of Pine Bluff; and his grandchildren, Charles Stevens, Thomas Stevens, Timothy Stevens, Brycen Lowery, Austen Ratliff, Jackson Ratliff and Sawyer Ratliff.
