She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Rodgers and Nancy Oldner Rodgers; and her siblings, Clifton Rodgers, Odell Rodgers, Louis Rodgers and Vivian Rodgers.
She is survived by: her husband Roderick Ronald Mills; her children, Steven Ronald Mills of Hot Springs and Lisa Mills Wilkins of Little Rock; her grandchildren, Catherine Ellen Wilkins and Russell Anderson Wilkins Jr. (Erin); and her great grandchildren, Judah Wilkins and Henry Wilkins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Hot Springs Building Fund.
