He is survived by: his wife Joann Ruggeri; his children, Lois Miller, Mark Kongenske, Mike Kongenske and Tim Kongenske; his sisters, Gwen Bierman, Linda Newman, Lucy Melin and Shirley Miller; and his son Deacon Noel F. "Bud". He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
