He is survived by: his former wife Janie Kusic; his children, Justin Smith (Jen) of Little Rock and Lindsey Phillips (Kenneth) of White Hall; his wife Dede Wacasey Smith; his stepchildren, Coy Stephenson (Brittany) of Siloam Springs and Meagan Stephenson (Jay Burling) of Conway; his grandchildren, Hamilton, Houston Phillips, Jasper, Murray, Cooper, Tressie Stephenson and Kai Burling; and his sister Polly Brantley (Laudis) of England, Arkansas..
