He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Franklin Ratliff and Hazel Willis Ratliff; and his brothers, Joe Douglas Ratliff, Russell Lee Ratliff and Wayne Alan Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Funderburg Ratliff; his daughter Brandy Ratliff Weatherly (Sam); his grandson Ethan Coyle Weatherly of Pass Christian, MS; his sisters, Marilyn Ratliff Boellner of Little Rock and Cheryl Lynn Ratliff of Little Rock; his sister-in-law Pam Stone Ratliff of Pine Bluff; and his pet Tanner.
