He was predeceased by: his father Frank Scott Sr.; his sister Sheila Yvonne Wilson; and his nephew Anderson Flowers III. He is survived by: his mother Alice Williams Scott; and his siblings, Frank Scott Jr., Allean Scott, Evelyn Urquhart, Linda Moutry, Glenda Flowers, Sarah Scott, Phyllis Litzsey (Riley) and Patsy Goldsmith (Andre). He is also survived by Twenty-three nieces and nephews, a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
