He is survived by: his parents, Will Burnett and Henrietta Burnett; and his children, Roosevelt Burnett Jr., Terry Burnett, Randy Burnett, Tyrone Burnett, Billy Burnett, Earl Ray Cotton, Troy Cotton, Rodney Burnett, Mae Dukes and Pamela Burnett. He is also survived by grandchildren, thirteen (13) great-grandchildren and host of other relatives and friends.
