He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hence, Sr and Mable Price Hence. He is survived by: his wife Emmer Tate Hence; his sons, William Hence, Marvin Hence, Daryl Stewart, Roy Anthony Hence and Krystale Simmons; and his siblings, Calvin Hence, Lynn Hence, Micheal Hence, Shirley Isabelle, Peggie Hence Jones, Patricia Howard and Lucy Umphrey. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
