It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Alice Owens Outlaw (Pine Bluff, Arkansas), who passed away on October 16, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Elmer Owens; and her spouse Levan Outlaw. She is survived by: her parent Ouita Pennington Owens; her children, Randy Outlaw (Karla) of Bryant, AR. and Kim Hoots of Pine Bluff, AR.; her grandchildren, Cole Outlaw of Bryant, AR and Ashton Johnson (Trey) of White Hall, AR.; and her great grandchild Ella Rose Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Good Faith Carr Methodist Church, 3703 Ryburn Road, Pine Bluff, AR, 71603.
