He is survived by: his children, Michael Charles of Albuquerque, Shead Charles, III of Pine Bluff, AR, Joann Lenard-Robinson of Perris, California, Coleen Smith (Loleen Hayes) of Pine Bluff, AR, Jeanine Barker (Candice Charles) of Pine Bluff, AR and Laenecko Scarver of Pine Bluff, AR. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
