He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Dziemiela, Cynthia Traylor and Shelly McCarroll; and his great grandchildren, Karrie Dziemiela, Jeremiah McCarroll, Brett Pennington, Lacey McCarroll Reed, John Levi Reed and Christian Kia Reed. He is also survived by four siblings.
