It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thurman Hopkins (Pine Bluff, Arkansas), born in Bald Knob, Arkansas, who passed away on February 13, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Lou Warrick and Eugene Thurman Hopkins; and his son Keith Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his son Kevin (Kelly) of Hot Springs, AR; his grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas Hopkins of Lakewood, CO and Grace Lynne Hopkins of Pine Bluff, AR; his siblings, Kenneth Hopkins (late Sue) of Hattiesburg, MS, Norma Boyd (Jerome) of Jonesboro, AR, Carolyn Sue Shivley (late Buddy) of Marietta, GA and Linda Fay Porter (late Mike) of Pine Bluff, AR; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Gordon (Ramona) and Marilyn Naylor (Ronald). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
