He is survived by: his wife Helen Allen Bush; his children, Pam Hendricks (John), Tommy Bush Jr. and David Bush (Carla); his stepson Jeff Goza (Alexandra); his grandchildren, Kristi Cortright, Hunter Bush, Heather Bush, Haley Bush, Dustin Eads, Jessica Wilkins and Jason Goza; and his great grandchildren, Lynlee Bush, Misha Goza and Grisha Goza.
