It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Evans (Pine Bluff, Arkansas), born in Wilmot, Arkansas, who passed away on March 6, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsey Evans and Catherine Evans; his sister Earnestine Jenkins; his nephew Lee Henry Evans, Jr.; his children, Corey Evans (Beverly), Christopher Evans (Richetta), Jeremy (Linda), Catherine Porter Evans, Edwin Shorter, Antwan Nowden and Nathan Nowden (Ella); and his siblings, Lee Henry Evans, Sr., Willie Lee Evans, Bobbie Stricklin (Chester), Lelon Evans (Frenettea), Christine Evans, Patricia Evans, Flora Evans, Ruby Evans and Marcia Evans. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
