He was predeceased by : his parents, Marshall Frazier, Sr. and Annie Mae Frazier; and his siblings, Thurman Frazier, Marshall Frazier, Jr., Boyd Lee Frazier, Larry Frazier, Marshall Carter, Alice Cuba, Essie White and Scenie Pettigrew.

He is survived by : his children, Carlos Frazier, Marquesa Andrews and Keiara Frazier of Pine Bluff; and his siblings, Herman Frazier, Ulysses Frazier, Donald Frazier, Dwayne Frazier of Pine Bluff, Cloristeen Webster of Midwest City, OK, Maxine Lyons of Venice, IL and Flora Monk of Pine Bluff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
