He is survived by : his former life partner Susan Lynn King; his wife Susan Stephen of Pineville; his children, Mike Stephen Jr of Mountain View, Logan Stephen, Brandon Stephen of Pineville and Tiffany Stephen Nelson of Georgia; his parents, Joe Stephen and Linda Stephen of Pineville; his siblings, Daniel Stephen (Tammy) of Pineville, Mark Stephen (Stacia) of Pineville and Laura Hoover of Missouri; and his grandchildren, Leilani Stephen of Georgia, Devajea Stephen of Georgia and Ryker Stephen of Mountain Home. He is also survived by several uncles and aunts; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and many good friends.
