It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fae Ann Dugan (Plainview, Arkansas), born in Virgie, Kentucky, who passed away on November 13, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Elmer and Edna Parthena Tackett Reynolds; and her siblings, Clarence "Blackie" Reynolds, Jackie Lewis and Bernice Bentley.

She is survived by : her husband Charles Dugan; her son Derek Dugan (Regeneia); her sister Billie Johnston; her grandsons, Andrew Mills and Charles Dugan (CJ); and her great grandchildren, Alexis Nichole Mills and Shawn Mills.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home, 220 John Babish Lane, Russellville, Arkansas.
