He is survived by : his mother Billie Jean Gathright McKinzie I.; his wife Deana McKinzie; his children, Crystal, Stephen Fain, John and Clarissa McKinzie; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Darlene Taff; his grandchildren, Aaron Aidan, Heiden, Zackery, Abigail, Landon, Weston and John II; his sister Tina Duncan; his nephews, Ian McKinzie and Stevie Duncan; and his grandmother Alberta Gathnight. He is also survived by nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
