He is survived by : his wife Donna Puentez; his children, Calistro Robert Puentez III of Pleasant Plains, Thomas Puentez (Courtney) of Batesville and Rachel Puentez of Nacogdoches, Texas; his siblings, Diego Puentez (Lisa) of Hammond, Indiana, Jamie Puentez of Hammond, Indiana, Abelardo Ayala of Hammond, Indiana, Easther Cervantes of Hammond, Indiana, Cruza Miranda (Javier) of Hammond, Indiana, Eulalia Santillian (Carlos) of Hammond, Indiana and Connie Lubiana (Jose) of Hammond, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Callie Jo Puentez of Batesville and Kip Nolan Puentez of Batesville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
