Bates of Tulsa, OK, Rhonda Miller of McCrory and Tonia Wren (Bates) of Alabama; his stepdaughter Melissa Cross of Batesville; and his siblings, Doyle Bates (Robbie) of Motrose, CO, Foye Bates (Bettie) of Judsonia, Ray Bates (Linda) of Hot Springs, Sondra Goff (James) of Bismarck and Victoria Queen (Alan) of Springfield, MO.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren.
