He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Mildred Lee Middleton (Tate); and his children, Troy (Nikkie) of Southside, Gary (Evelyn) of Pleasant Plains, Johnny (Julie) of Pleasant Plains, Jerry (Elizabeth) of Indiana, Kelly (Robin) of Indiana and Luenell (Jerry) of Pleasant Plains. He was also cherished by twenty-seven grandchildren; and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
