She was predeceased by : her parents, Clay Killough and Bonnie Kirby Killough; her husband James Couch; her son Tommy Couch; and her sister Geneva Mangrum.

She is survived by : her son Dewayne Couch (Vickie); her daughter-in-law Diane Couch; her sister Barbara McGoff (Earl); her grandchildren, Jennifer Smith (Anthony), Jeremy Couch (Amber), Curtis Couch (Aimee) and Trevor Couch (Victoria); and her great grandchildren, Jace Couch, Eli Couch, Kane Taylor, Max Smith and Maggie Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
