She is survived by : her husband Raymond Edward Scalzitti Jr.; her daughter Kimberly Hackworth; her grandsons, Robert Michael Heckman and Steven Joseph Heckman; her great grandchild Audrianna Heckman; and her sister Deborah Lorenz. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
