He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude "Babe" Puckett and Daisy Jones Puckett; his son Terry Dewayne Puckett, Jr.; his brother Gerald Dean Puckett; and his stepbrothers, James Bice, Judd Bice, Glen Bice and Bill Bice.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Puckett; his daughters, Vickie Junkersfeld (William) of Imboden, Dianna Griffin (Chris) of Imboden, Paula Griffin (Seth) of Ravenden and Emma Tribble-Shepard; his siblings, James Puckett (Angie) of Jonesboro, Claude Puckett, Jr. (Patsy) of Lake City, Billy Clark of Imboden, Mary Puckett of Brookland, Peggy Sutton of Walnut Ridge and Elizabeth Jennings of Jonesboro; and his stepsiblings, Jerry Bice (Leta) of Imboden, Fred Bice of Mulberry and Debbie Tribble of Imboden. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews.
