He is survived by : his children, Billy Dean Hilburn of Colorado and Connie Jean Harris of Vinson, AZ; and his siblings, Jerry Hilburn (Sue), Danny Hilburn, Sharron Turner and Reva Doyle. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and many other friends.
