He was predeceased by: his sister Stephanie Lynne Kuykendall. He is survived by: his mother Debra Lynn Kuykendall (Casteel) of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; his wife Amanda Kuykendall; his children, Ruby Kuykendall and William Kuykendall; his father Dwayne Kuykendall of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; his siblings, Zack Kuykendall (Alex) of Fayetteville, Fletcher Kuykendall of Littleton, Colorado and Megan Lawrence (Jimmy) of Centerton, Arkansas; and his nephew Alexander Lawrence of Centerton, Arkansas..

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home (115 N Neal St, Prairie Grove, AR 72753). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Prairie Grove Christian Church.
