He is survived by : his wife Galia Lewis; his children, Christopher Douglas Lewis (Chelsea), Perry Vincent Lewis and Bobbi Nicole Gerber (John); his stepchildren, Sheila Weaver (Jim), Amy Rodriquez, Barbara Barrera and Randy Stubblefield (Sharon); his grandchildren, Kara, Destiny, Paige, Cymon and Chip; and his stepgrandchildren, Dusty, Jeromy, Galia, Amanda, Luis, Michael, Melony, David, Sarah, Tyler, Sarina, Michelle, Priscilla and Felica.
