She is survived by : her father Roy Cook; her husband Scott Jacks; her children, Jason Price (Tesha) and Jordan Price; her grandchildren, Rhagen Price, Jazlyn Price, Paizley Price, Maeli Price, Lily Winter and James Kellum; and her siblings, Laura Cook Willett (Terry), James Cook and Ann Cook. She is also survived by her family and friends.
