He is survived by : his wife Debbie Jones Goolsby; his daughters, Sally Spruell (Chris) of Rison and Linda Vallance (Alan) of Jane, MO; his grandchildren, Joe Green (Kaia), Tyson Vallance (Julie), Shelby Spruell, Zoe Vallance and Emma Green; his great grandchild Charlotte Green; and his siblings, Alan Goolsby and Gloria Purifoy.
