He was predeceased by : his parents, James Willis and Vinita Willis; his siblings, Ruby and Eugene; and his grandsons, Chase and Joshua Clemons.

He is survived by : his wife Audie Clemons; his children, Sherry Wright (Bubba) of Fort Smith, Ted Clemons (Kimberly) of Muldrow and Eddie Clemons of Oklahoma City; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Jacob, Brandy, Kaylin, Katie, Atnya, Banek and Lisi. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
